Early 1900 vintage Merrie Marie Fabric Panel - Life Size Cut and Sew Rag Doll. Cut, stuff, and sew pattern to make a life sized doll called Merrie Marie.
Merrie Marie was designed to wear infant and toddler clothes from that time period.
Pat. date is Feb 13, 1900. It was published by the Selchow & Righter Co. which took over Art Fabric Mills in 1911.
Size of the panel - 35" x 27 1/4"
The doll is - 25" tall
You could cut her out and sew her, or frame her as is. Would be great either way.
It is in excellent vintage condition. Colors are still bright. There are some marks on the edge on the back of the panel which aren't on the pattern.
